Beer & Blog expands, adds staff and makes Jobwire
Not only have we had the honor to add Michelle Anderson (@mediachick) to our staff, but we got picked up on ReadWriteWeb’s Jobwire!
Beer and Blog is a weekly meetup in Portland, Oregon based on “bloggers helping bloggers over beers”. It has become a very popular Friday afternoon retreat for Portland’s growing tech/creative community and has even seen local mainstream media coverage. The gathering has become so popular that event founder Justin Kistner has decided to expand to nearby Corvallis and possibly beyond. He also brought on Michelle Anderson to be an author for it’s blog and event coordinator for the Portland branch.
