ok, very nice with the help desk group ‘n’ all. so here’s my help desk question. i’ve sent this beer’n’blog guy, one justin kistner, _several_ messages about how to promote someone in a group to be a co-admin. no word yet. so how do i get him to notice me? wear high heels?
